Lilieth Stearns, BSN, RN is the founder of EMBODY — a modern women's health and wellness platform redefining how care is delivered for women.
After years working across critical care, hospice, women's health, and healthcare operations, Lily saw firsthand how fragmented the healthcare experience had become. EMBODY was created in response: a platform designed to integrate clinical care, movement, wellness, and community into spaces women already know, trust, and enjoy being in.
A more connected, accessible, and human approach to care.
Built as a hybrid healthcare and wellness model, EMBODY combines evidence-based medicine with movement, aesthetics, and lifestyle-centered support to create care that feels like real life.
As both a healthcare provider and entrepreneur, Lily brings a unique perspective that blends clinical experience with operational strategy, brand building, and community-driven wellness. Her work is centered around transforming how women access and experience healthcare — making it feel more integrated, proactive, and aligned with real life.
She is currently pursuing advanced nurse practitioner training in Women's Health at Duke University while continuing to grow EMBODY as a next-generation healthcare and wellness platform.
