All bookings, classes, programs, memberships, and product purchases are subject to availability and to any program-specific or location-specific policies that apply, including cancellation, no-show, refund, and rescheduling policies. By completing a booking or purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees and taxes to the payment method you provide.
All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, course materials, program designs, software, and other materials) is owned by Embody Brands or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use of materials made available to you as part of your purchase or membership is permitted only as expressly authorized.
The content, classes, programs, and wellness services offered through Embody, The Studio, are for general wellness, educational, and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed medical provider.
Clinical care, including primary care, women's health, pelvic floor therapy, aesthetic medicine, and telehealth, is provided only through Embody Health, PLLC and is subject to the standards of professional medical practice and applicable laws and regulations.

We provide our content, site, and services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site or services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
