We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Healthy Blue North Carolina and TRICARE. Your plan may still assign a copay, coinsurance or deductible. We check your benefits before your first visit and tell you what to expect.

A superbill is an itemized receipt for a self-pay visit. It lists the date of service, the diagnosis and procedure codes, the provider’s NPI, and the amount paid, in the format insurance plans use to review out-of-network claims.
We provide a superbill after any self-pay visit on request. You submit it to your plan; whether and how much your plan reimburses depends on your out-of-network benefits and deductible. Payment is due at the time of the visit regardless of reimbursement.
Superbills are available for clinical visits and pelvic floor therapy. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted.
