Hormonal, metabolic, and gynecologic conditions are evaluated together by one clinical team rather than referred out in pieces.

Menstrual and cycle care

Irregular, heavy, or painful periods are evaluated with a full history, examination, and laboratory testing as indicated.

Contraception counseling and management are part of routine care, including changes when a method no longer suits your health or your plans.

Fertility and preconception

Preconception evaluation includes cycle assessment, thyroid, iron, and metabolic testing, and treatment of conditions that affect fertility.

You do not need to wait twelve months of trying before being evaluated.

Pregnancy

Prenatal visits, screening, and counseling through each trimester.

Movement guidance and pelvic floor preparation are included, adapted to your pregnancy.

Postpartum

Postpartum visits are scheduled within the first three weeks and again by eight weeks, then as needed.

We treat pelvic floor and feeding concerns as they arise.

Perimenopause and menopause

Symptom evaluation, laboratory testing where indicated, and hormone or non-hormone treatment. Bone, cardiovascular, and pelvic health are screened and managed after menopause.

See Perimenopause and menopause care for details.

Primary care within women’s health

Thyroid, metabolic, and hormonal conditions are managed within the practice so care does not depend on a second clinic.
